Sustainable Retail Index (SRI): Support the development and implementation of our pioneering SRI tool; assist with analysis and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
Strategic Partnerships: Assist in maintaining partnerships with major companies and organizations to advance sustainable retail practices
Circular Economy Services: Contribute to the development of circular economy services across our portfolio, such as a clothing repair service to extend product lifecycles and raise awareness to our visitors
Pillar 2: Thriving Communities
Community Resilience action Plan: Follow-up and support the local asset teams in the drafting of the CRP, its execution and the reporting phase, support the digital integration of the process in the group's tools

Y ou are the right person for this position if :
Requirements
Strong interest in retail, in sustainability and community engagement
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus

In this role, you will contribute to two key pillars of our Better Places strategy: Sustainable Experience and Social Impact. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact in retail sustainability and community development while gaining valuable experience in the commercial real estate sector.
