Title: Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Anticoagulation Clinic As a Registered Nurse in the Anticoagulation Clinic, you will provide specialized outpatient care to patients receiving anticoagulation therapy. You'll collaborate with providers to monitor and manage anticoagulant medications (e.g., warfarin, DOACs), perform point-of-care INR testing, assess bleeding and clotting risks, and educate patients on medication safety and lifestyle considerations. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient communication, and a proactive approach to chronic disease management.
