The Director, Integrated Marketing leads integrated marketing strategy, planning, and cross-functional orchestration for the Insurance line of business. This role connects business priorities, member needs, and enterprise marketing execution to deliver cohesive messaging and coordinated go-to-market plans across channels. The role also leads the Insurance Integrated Marketing team, driving strategic alignment and adoption of a member-centric, integrated marketing model.

Integrated Strategy & Planning
Lead integrated marketing strategy and annual planning
Develop go-to-market strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
Define messaging frameworks and marketing roadmaps
Align plans across acquisition, engagement, and retention
Campaign Orchestration
Coordinate execution across Media, CRM, Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Operations
Ensure consistent messaging and experience across channels
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution accountability
Lifecycle & Member Journey
Develop lifecycle and journey strategies
Align messaging to audience needs and behaviors
Identify opportunities to improve engagement and awareness
Performance & Optimization
Analyze campaign and member engagement performance to identify content optimization opportunities
Leverage member insights, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations
Monitor marketing messaging effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
Stakeholder Leadership & Governance
Serve as marketing lead for Insurance stakeholders
Present strategies and performance to leadership
Ensure compliance with governance requirements
