Responsible for daily design and technical development of interior design by coordinating interior aspects of the project document by collaborating with the integrated design team to produce quality work products, while adhering to project scope, schedule, fee, and budget. Develops comprehensive project palettes of materials and finishes, developing 3D renderings and presentations drawings. Requires Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or closely related field plus 4 years' experience in commercial interior design, including demonstrated proficiency with: Revit; Bluebeam; A/E/I/P Software; and, design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles involved in producing precision technical plans, drawings, reports, models, and other related deliverables.
