Must also possess the following:
Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") programming in object-oriented and scripting languages for analog/digital devices and products;
DE with design verification tools and flows including Verilog, Verilog simulators, Spice simulators, or related languages;
DE developing software in major ATE software platforms to test ICs on custom designed and debugged PCBs for interface to ATE;
DE designing (individually and/or as part of a team) software and hardware to characterize and production test state-of-the-art ICs;
DE using statistical analysis tools and reports oriented for validation of products to set test limits on products and datasheets;
DE participating in project development including support of design-for-testability, product qualification, and ongoing support of products in production; and
DE releasing products to production by interfacing with various departments such as Quality, Reliability, Applications, Product Engineering, Assembly, Failure analysis, and Global Operations.
Experience and skills may be gained during a PhD program.
