Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions based on insurance industry knowledge. Foster positive candidate experiences by maintaining transparent and responsive communication throughout the recruitment process. Address candidate inquiries, provide timely feedback, and guide candidates through the interview and onboarding phases. Stay current with insurance industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and provide valuable insights to hiring teams. Leverage industry knowledge to assess the alignment of candidates with the organization's insurance-focused roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, metrics, and reports specific to insurance recruitment to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions. Participate in insurance-related employer branding initiatives to attract top insurance talent and enhance the company's reputation within the insurance sector. Represent the organization at insurance industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with company leaders, candidates, external insurance associations, and other stakeholders. About YOU Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 2 plus years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (insurance sector preferred) in-depth knowledge of insurance industry roles, terminology, and market trends. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and assessment methodologies specific to insurance professionals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools including Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises. Ability to travel to recruiting events throughout the year
