About the role
This position is hands-on and is responsible for the production and inventory of hot and cold foods under the direction of the Executive Chef and works according to established standards and procedures set by the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef. Ability to work in a confined environment with hot and cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time.
