Responsibilities
Quality Control & Documentation. Ensure quality control procedures on equipment; keep daily Log Sheets, including documentation of inpatients, finishes, new courses, new patients, electron patients and non-malignant cases; keep necessary records for department statistics
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of 2 year Radiation Therapist Program
NYS Licensure as Radiation Therapist required OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.
New Graduates:
Official transcript from accredited school or letter emailed directly from the school's registrar's office confirming program completion will be accepted upon graduation.
Primary source education verification required within 90 days of graduation
