Essential Functions Supervise and coach a team of Project Coordinators, leading with empathy and respect to guide their professional development and workload management. Foster belonging and psychological safety while overseeing core supervisory responsibilities, including time-off approvals, performance evaluations, and supportive feedback. Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred. REQUIRED: 4+ years of project coordination/management experience, including 1+ year in Financial Services.
