Senior Accountant

About the role

Duties & Responsibilities: Supporting the global consolidation processes including accounting for the impact of foreign exchange rates and elimination of intercompany balances and investment in subsidiaries. Identify areas for improvement on internal processes and controls to develop efficiencies within the intercompany and consolidation process. Work with regional finance teams to align intercompany accounting policies and procedures. Assist with the Company's SOX 404 program and develop and maintain process and controls documentation as needed. Prepare journal entries related to general ledger accounts. Working closely with IT for Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) maintenance as ARM administrator. Performing various month-end reconciliations and working to resolve any intercompany discrepancies Interface effectively with numerous individuals both inside and outside the Company, including the external auditors, to address and resolve accounting issues. Assist with ad-hoc requests and support month-end close and review process. Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
