Perform general cleaning of all assigned areas as directed
Maintain interior spaces, exterior grounds, and green areas
Complete non-routine cleaning tasks based on work orders
Remove trash and recycling daily; prepare bins for scheduled pickup
Respond to emergency cleaning and maintenance requests
Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled and stored
Maintain clear communication with management
Keep restrooms and break areas clean, stocked, and organized
Accurately follow and complete job requests from management and clients
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Represent Sizemore, Inc. in a professional manner
Track and document the use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old (depending on position and legal requirements)
Reliable transportation required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Minimum of 2 years of janitorial experience
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and occasional overtime
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Problem-solving ability and self-motivation
