Job Summary The SGTS Superintendent oversees the daily operations of the SGTS GT Division with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. They cultivate a positive work environment, drive technical advancement, and ensure effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders. This role also involves optimizing processes, managing budgets, and leading Health and Safety initiatives to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations, prioritizing safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to quality standards. Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded by effectively managing costs, maximizing revenue streams, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability. Cultivate a positive work environment by actively engaging with employees, setting clear expectations, and promoting teamwork. Drive technical advancement within the division by staying abreast of industry trends and continuously improving coating solutions. Optimize work processes to enhance efficiency and profitability, ensuring alignment with monthly budgets. Collaborate with customers, Sales Department, and vendors to meet project requirements and maintain strong relationships. Coordinate scheduling and project timelines, regularly updating task status and completion dates for effective project management. Conduct performance evaluations for Direct Reports and manage salary adjustments in line with company policies.
