Responsible for managing daily activities of Oil Stores personnel.
Responsible for maintaining UAWCAS reporting, Hourly timekeeping in Workday, and approval of Vacations.
Communicate with Engineering Team peers in various cross functional projects.
Work and communicate to hourly personnel and assure compliance to federal, state, local and Allison restrictions and requirements.
Train and develop employees in areas concerning chemical processing, environmental and safety.
Plan and schedule chemical, safety and processing related meetings, programs, and projects in accordance with Allison policies and procedures.
Complete work assignments within budget, manpower and timing constraints.
Produce quality, financial, environmental and performance reports per the Allison system.
Implements and actively supports the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives.
Physical presence in the workplace is an essential function.
Implements safety and good housekeeping standards.
Able to record and organize information in a readily retrievable format.
Capable of working and communicating with management and internal customers to relay information in form of reports, presentation, emails or verbally in regard to constraints, schedules, closures, or anything that may affect production.

Requirements
Required: Associate degree and\or equivalent experience in manufacturing, supervision or industrial chemicals
Required:
1+ years s upervisory experience
Understanding of basic chemistry
Preferred:
1+ years working in industrial manufacturing
Knowledge of industrial chemicals and their interaction with metallurgy
Experience working with Excel and Power Point
Scope Factors
Confident and capable of handling small amounts of chemicals
Compliance in adhering to all of Allison's Safety PPE. Safety-Toe shoes, Eye protection, hearing protection, chemical gloves.
