Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a construction craftsman, master craftsman and construction technician preferably from the trade of heating & sanitation, with immediate effect.

Responsibilities

• You check offers and invoices based on building damage documents.
• You negotiate independently with craftsmen.
• You conduct price research and plausibility checks

Requirements

• You have experience in construction management or costing, preferably in the heating/plumbing trade
• You can estimate workloads with confidence
• You have good price and technical knowledge in heating and sanitary construction
• You are used to working on the computer
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills
