Company : Job Description: Monitors body shop employees' progress and ensures timely completion of vehicles in the shop, while making sure all repair and safety procedures are followed. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to encourage repeat business. Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations including hazardous waste disposal, emergency response and OSHA Right-to-Know requirements. Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
