Job Description Financials Performance Analysis, Planning & Monitoring Managing financial performance, provide in-depth analysis, deliver measurable impacts through data-driven insights, assessing risks, maximising profits and financial health. Creating interactive and visually appealing dashboard, allowing business to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed and data driven decision. Working closely with stakeholders / cross functional teams to understand business needs, on-going pipelines, and potential leads, ultimately to achieve sustainable growth and optimised conversions rate Manage Country Balanced Scorecard, monitoring performance, refine strategies, and take corrective actions to close any unfavourable gaps and drive continuous improvement Cascade the KRA scorecard to RMs, ensure organisational alignment and foster performance culture Resources planning, assessing current workforce capabilities, productivity and planning future business requirements based on business growth and operational changes. Prepare presentation for management to make informed decision. Responsible for leveraging Impala and Python to analyze data, build models, and streamline processes to improve team efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Risk and Portfolio Management Participate in Optimisation Initiatives, focus on improving capital efficiency, risk management, operational effectiveness including identifying profitable ventures, priorities high-yield, low risk financing, or minimising exposures to volatiles sectors. RoRWA modeling reivew, to enhance and optimise capital consumption, helps rebalancing portfolio and enables redeployment to higher-yielding portfolios Perform stress testing on customer portfolios to evaluate resilience under adverse scenarios, including changes in market conditions, interest rates, or credit environment, with the objective of identifying potential credit risks and early warning indicators.
