About the role
Aside from general administration you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all NZ cash receipts (EFT and Credit Card) and outstanding accounts from rental agreements. You will need to answer any queries, maintain databases, and process all driving infringements and breaches. You will be working in partnership with all stakeholders within the business; collection specialists, Finance/Treasury, claims, local authorities, parking companies, external debt collection service providers and our valued drivers to ensure prompt, professional communication, and the retention of important client relationships. So, what are we looking for? Previous experience in accounts, admin or customer service role will be essential as will significant knowledge and experience working with of MS Office Suite. Strong accounting systems experience specifically with Oracle will be highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, being able to work autonomously within a team and able to remain calm and professional even when faced with stringent deadlines. Please note there may be a need for you to work weekends when they fall at month/year end.
