We're looking for a talented and commercially minded individual to join our Leasing Team as the Speciality Leasing Manager. Key objectives The Speciality Leasing Manager will support the Senior Leasing and Speciality Leasing Manager in identifying and securing innovative, high‑potential brands; managing tenant relationships; minimising vacancy; and negotiating and closing commercial agreements across the portfolio. The role also contributes to financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. The overarching objective is to drive income and long‑term value growth through Speciality Leasing (Mid‑Mall kiosks, Seasonal Markets, B2B Car Park income, Vending) while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. What you will be doing... Identify and onboard new and exciting brands , including digitally native concepts and alternative uses, across the Swedish asset portfolio. Negotiate new lettings , with support from the Line Manager, to secure strong brands that enhance the customer experience and complement the retail and service mix. Manage the full leasing process from initial sourcing to signed agreement: secure internal approvals, coordinate with legal teams, and ensure a smooth path to opening. Proactively pursue leads and stay informed on market trends, emerging concepts, and competitor activity within Sweden and the Nordic region. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing tenants , identifying opportunities for growth, reviewing performance, and mitigating risk. Collaborate with Retail Design to optimise unit design and support the delivery process, ensuring openings are timely, safe, and aligned with brand and asset standards. Work cross‑functionally with Asset Management, Centre Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams. Support the preparation of annual business plans , budgets, long‑term forecasts, and ongoing financial reporting in partnership with the Line Manager and Asset Teams. What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful? Experience within sales, retail, or the property industry, ideally with exposure to leasing or business development. Strong interest in retail trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging brands; confident using social media and digital platforms to identify opportunities. Comfortable approaching new brands, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proven ability to build and maintain successful stakeholder relationships, translating strategic objectives into long‑term partnerships. Confident presenting to retailers, senior management, and external partners. Able to clearly articulate recommendations and influence decision‑making across the organisation. Solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Social media savvy with a genuine interest in digitally native and innovative brands. Ab ility to work independently and collaboratively, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and manage strict deadlines. Fluency in Swedish and English. Who are we?
