The therapist should be able to provide individual, family and group treatment when appropriate. The Director of Clinical Services may review treatment plans, and a high standard of practice shall be maintained at all times by the therapist.
Flexibility by the therapist will be required to meet the scheduling needs of the patient.
When required and as appropriate, the therapist will participate and present in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
The therapist's services must meet the minimum requirements as specified by CMS, Kancare and all other insurance entities public or private.
The therapist must be able to meet organizational and department standards regarding punctuality and attendance, produce timely and accurate documentation, meet HIPPA and corporate compliance standards and support the overall mission and goals of Stormont Vail Behavioral Health.
As experts in Behavioral Health, therapists will work to educate the community and others in SVH about mental health issues and treatments. This includes trainings, committees and responding to media requests.

A Brief Overview
Licensed Clinical Therapists are professionals trained and licensed to provide psychotherapy services to patients and their families. This includes, but is not limited to, assessment and evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and discharge of outpatient mental health patients as well as referral to other psychiatric, psychological and medical services as appropriate.
Education Qualifications
Master's Degree Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Required
