Oversee Commercial and Risk Management
Integrate pricing, cost modelling, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure value-for-money and commercially sound proposals.
Ensure Governance and Compliance
Prepare and manage approval documentation, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, procurement rules, and internal limits of authority.
Drive Continuous Improvement in Bid Processes
Enhance bid methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across submissions.
Required Skills and Competencies
5+ years' experience in bid management, proposals, project coordination, or a related field.
Ability to prepare clear, persuasive, and client-focused submission documents and executive summaries.
Knowledge of compliance requirements, bid governance, and structured submission processes (EOI/RFP).
Understanding of pricing, cost structures, risk analysis, and delivering commercially viable solutions.
Proven ability to manage timelines, align multiple contributors, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
