With us you will be responsible for: Lead and deliver Workday integration work across full lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation Build integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio Create and maintain REST, SOAP, and file‑based integrations (SFTP, event‑driven patterns) Debug complex integration flows and ensure quality through structured testing Advise customers and teammates on best practices, security, and architectural choices and recommend new improvements to enhance client integrations Support pre‑sales: scoping, estimates, solution proposals Mentor and coach other consultants in your area of expertise We expect you to have: At the minimum Workday Pro Integrations Services or Workday Orchestrate for Integrations Certification Experience with source control & testing (e.g., Git, unit tests). Solid understanding of secure, privacy‑aware, performance‑focused integration design Hands‑on Workday integrations experience (JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, XSLT, SFTP, encryption, file transformations) Strong ability to understand and debug complex integration logic and data flows Experience with source control & testing (e.g., Git, unit tests).Solid understanding of secure, privacy‑aware, performance‑focused integration design Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with a customer‑focused, quality‑driven mindset Proactive, forward‑thinking approach, able to suggest improvements and bring new ideas Fluent in English (working with foreign customers and colleagues) Good to have: Experience with other integration platforms is seen as advantage, such as SAP CPI, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Logic Apps Understanding of authentication & security standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth2.0, certificates)
