About the role
Principal Accountabilities Sales analysis Track daily/weekly/monthly/key selling moments store level sales reports and provide analysis & insights. Provide product performance insights including ST%, top sellers and key selling focuses. Sales forecast Set up store targets including sales and operational KPIs based on different dimensions of considerations and the annual target. Collaboration with planning team to provide retail POV in sales forecast Provide simulation and suggestions of in-store promotion activities based on current store situations, including nationwide store promotion, shopping mall activities, inventory situation...etc. Ensure store master data accuracy including store info, door plan, footfall data, sales data...etc. Financial analysis Provide insights and action plans on store P&L improvement based on monthly P&L report. Prepare monthly store commission for payroll New project support New store or new projects sales & KPI simulation Set up store staff special incentive plan for key selling moments or drive ST%. Track new project results including collecting quantitative & qualitative feedback from stores, analyzing and providing insights. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Bachelor above Major in Maths, statistic, business management is preferred Proficient MS skills, good at database management, esp. Access, Excel, PPT Familiar with Tableau skills is preferred 2 years above working experience at position of analysis Retail industry is preferred Attention to details, business driven, proactive, good follow-up initiative team player Good ability for planning, priority setting Good spoken written English Strong communication skills Specific Working Conditions Frequency of Travel: As required Other Specific Working Conditions : *If the position requires a person to work in special working conditions this should be stated in the position description.
