5+ years' experience in account management, finance, business planning and related analytics.
Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue operations.
Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis.
Proficiency in modelling using large data sets and providing analysis to drive business decisions.
Proficiency in using Salesforce.com.
Advanced Excel expertise with a strong automation focus, including VBA/Macros, Power Query, complex formulas and performance optimization for large datasets.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into business insights to align senior leaders and executives across various functions and internationally.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in drafting executive-ready presentations.

Core Duties / Responsibilities:
Support the Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis in facilitating the annual sales quota and sales incentive plans.
Deliver high quality forecasting and sales performance reports, charts and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence to enhance revenue visibility.
Provide data-driven insights to inform and support management decision making.
Develop periodic and ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning and sales management.
Establish and enforce best practices around opportunity & account management to ensure accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce.
Track key sales performance indicators to identify trends and inform decision-making for performance improvement and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, territory realignment, and account transfers.
Analyze sales incentive programs to maximize revenue and achieve strategic goals (e.g. pipeline build, revenue close, etc.).
Support the preparation of executive-ready presentations for senior leaders and executives.
Design, build, and maintain Excel-based automation (e.g., VBA macros, Power Query, advanced formulas) to streamline recurring sales reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes.
Identify existing manual, repetitive workflows and convert them into scalable, efficient automated solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and output.
