Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Bedford Hospital C-suite. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, organization, and effectiveness of executive-level operations, requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This individual will manage complex and high-volume calendars, serving as a gatekeeper to ensure executives remain on track and well-prepared. Acting as a liaison, this role will facilitate communication between executive leadership, physicians, staff, and other hospital leaders, ensuring alignment and efficient information flow across departments.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
