Position Overview: Shipment Associate (Support Associate - Shipment)
Reporting to Store Leadership, the Shipment Associate is responsible for executing the daily shipment process with efficiency, accuracy, and urgency. This role ensures all incoming product is processed, prepared, and organized to support a full, sales-ready store environment.
This position is operations-focused and primarily supports shipment processing and product flow.
Typical Schedule: 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM (flexible based on business needs and shipment volume)
Primary Responsibilities
Execute daily shipment by receiving, opening, sorting, and processing merchandise with speed and accuracy
Prepare all product to be floor-ready (hanging, tagging, steaming, and staging)
Organize and stage merchandise by category, size, and style to support efficient product flow
Utilize shipment tables, rolling racks, and backroom systems to maintain an organized workflow by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ensure product is properly allocated between floor-ready and backstock locations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipment processing and stockroom environment
Complete end-of-shift responsibilities including trash removal, breaking down boxes, cleaning tables, and resetting the backroom
Follow all loss prevention and safety standards while handling merchandise
Communicate effectively with leadership on shipment progress and completion
Must be 18 years or older
