About the role
This new role would assist TSRs with pricing research, margin inquiries and resolving pricing discrepancies serving as a primary contact for reporting and daily management of the Invoice Hold (IV Hold) report. The CASE Pricing Coordinator Reporting collaborates with Pricing, Supply Chain and Sales Teams to ensure TSRs needs are met including accurate costs, customer scheduled pricing and market driven list pricing optimally for business growth and profitability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Daily review and analysis of IV Hold report for key drivers impacting margin, confirming accurate price, material cost and freight prior to invoice to maximize profit and minimize discrepancies. Communicate to Sales Team details of margin variances suggesting optimal pricing to improve margin. Research historical data to inform on margin, cost, freight, and price fluctuation. Manage and maintain the 30-40 key account spreadsheets for monthly or quarterly updates to TSRs (with assistance from other team members as needed). Provide supplier reporting such as Floor Stock Credit Request, CUPS review data, etc. Support pricing team with all data entry related to accurate customer product file maintenance (Key accounts). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools specifically Excel as well as utilization of both ERP and CRM systems. Other Responsibilities include (but not limited to) Understand and adhere to/follow the department procedures and policies Adhere to and support the principles of Responsible Distribution™. Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
