Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Python, C#, and tools like Ranorex.
Develop and automate API test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and DevOps to align automation solutions with project needs.
Implement and integrate Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave with C#.
Promote and enforce automation best practices across the team, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Continuously assess automation coverage and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to test planning, and document automation procedures.
Provide technical mentorship to junior automation engineers.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in automation testing with solid exposure to framework development.
Proficiency in Python and C# with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong experience with Ranorex, API testing, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Behave, etc.).
Hands-on experience in integrating test automation within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST

The Associate II, Software Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions as part of an engineering team, while enhancing technical skills and contributing to team goals.

- Write, test, and debug software code based on design specifications and resolve issues with existing software
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve software solutions and participate in code reviews to ensure software development best practices are followed
