As the Sourcing Manager of Replenishment, you will manages a team of Commodity Specialists that ensures reliable replenishment of supplier parts to our factory operations and serves as the primary sourcing escalation points from our site materials teams to manage supplier delivery performance. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Lead a team of Commodity Specialists to manage supplier delivery performance across multiple manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Mexico Guide and support team in their roles as primary escalation points for our site materials teams in resolving and mitigating supply disruptions Partner with site materials management, planning teams, and suppliers to achieve root cause and corrective actions on any repeat or systemic delivery issues including leadership of in person and virtual workshops at suppliers and our manufacturing sites as needed Develop and deploy standard work and performance dashboards to improve our procurement and replenishment processes Coach and develop team Ensure team has tools, skill sets, processes, and training to accomplish goals Serve as our main sourcing leadership escalation point for operational sourcing issues by engaging with suppliers at managerial and executive levels to secure supply continuity Leverage commodity management teams when necessary to resolve commercial issues or initiate supplier improvement and transition plans Support transfers of work by assuring proper purchasing set up and supplier alignment to replenish new manufacturing locations for any site to site line moves and strong execution of any supplier to supplier moves Success Measures include: On-time delivery / service levels to request Efficient & timely requisition to PO conversion Supplier use of and adherence to portal processes Well executed transfers of work (site to site & supplier to supplier) Working capital optimization (VMI & MOQ implementations) Compliance to sourcing policies and standard work Present on team performance in monthly and weekly cadence of reviews Develop and implement corrective action and mitigation plans where needed to deliver on KPIs Support sourcing teams in regular quarterly business reviews with key suppliers Ensure team is leveraging procurement tools including SAP & SAP Ariba with best practices for efficiency, execution, and accuracy of procurement data Analyze demand by facility, anticipate changes, and drive subsequent procurement activities Represent sourcing in internal business reviews to align supply & demand Engage regularly with our category management teams and leadership to influence sourcing strategies and help them build strong and resilient supply chains that are cost effective, high performing, and manage risk All other tasks and projects as assigned What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA desired, CPIM, ISM, NAPM, CPSM or APICS certification preferred Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sourcing (Sourcing Manager I) or minimum of 7+ years' experience in sourcing (Sourcing Manager II) Minimum 1-3 years' experience in supervising (Sourcing Manager I) or minimum of three 3+ years' experience in supervising (with sourcing professionals preferred) (Sourcing Manager II) Demonstrated leadership skills including interpersonal relationship building, team facilitation, coaching and mentoring, performance management, and ability to provide both positive and constructive feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly and concisely communicate information at multiple levels and capable of effective executive management presentations / communications Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as with ERP planning systems; Experience with SAP is a significant plus Skillful problem solver capable of leading cross functional continuous improvement and deploying standard work solutions and key performance dashboards Proven supplier negotiation skil
