Provide regular status reporting including progress, risks, issues, and financials to ensure full transparency across stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships across IT, business units, vendors, and leadership
Enable informed decision-making through clear, concise, and consistent reporting
Manage overall project financials , including budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking
Perform cost tracking, variance analysis, and estimate-to-actual reviews to ensure financial alignment
Ensure optimal resource allocation across project activities to support delivery objectives
Required Qualifications
Significant experience managing technology projects or programs of increasing complexity
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Demonstrated experience managing project financials, budgets, and forecasting
